Orders & Shipping

Payments

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our specialized equipment, all sales are considered final. However, we offer a 7-day return window for products that arrive damaged or defective. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method after inspection.
Warranty & Service
All Veltix machines include a manufacturer’s warranty covering hardware malfunctions for up to 12 months. Extended warranties and maintenance plans are available for eligible clients. Our support team is available for training, technical assistance, and troubleshooting.
